 Different people have different ideas on whether the rate of the consumption tax should be decreased or not. I believe that it should be decreased for the following two reasons.
 First, the coronavirus had brought all over the world the severe recession. So many events, tours and so on were already canceled. It will affect the revenue of so many companies very badly. After that, the income of many employees will be decreased. A high rate of consumption tax makes people difficult to purchase anything.
 Second, it will become easy for people to purchase if the rate of the consumption tax would be decreased. It is the most important thing that consumption should be increased in order to recover from the severe economic situation.
 In conclusion for those two reasons, purchasing and recovering recession, I believe the rate of the consumption tax should be decreased.

 消費税を減税すべきか否か？私は減税すべきと思う。理由の一つは、ｲﾍﾞﾝﾄや旅行などがｷｬﾝｾﾙになり労働者の収入が減るからだ。もう一つは不況から回復するためには消費を喚起することだ。
