 The following words are needed, challenge, profit, and global.

 Different people have different ideas about whether a new business plan should be suggested or not. I believe that it should be done if people have for those two reasons.
 First, I think that the suggestion of the new business plan is the right of employees. The company might accept the suggestion if suggested. People should not judge whether the idea is profitable or not by themselves.
 Second, a global business scene is always changing. A company should be needed a new challenge to get a profit permanently. A business person should be not afraid of the new challenge.
 In conclusion for those two reasons, the right of employees and needs of challenge, I believe that people should suggest a new business plan if people have. Silence never creates anything.
